高小榕,清华大学生物医学工程学院长聘教授、中国生物医学工程学会医学神经工程分会主委、中国电子学会生物医学电子分会副主委、脑机接口产业联盟副主委。1986年获浙江大学学士、1989年获北京协和医科大学医学硕士、1992年获清华大学博士学位。
主要研究方向为脑-机接口、神经工程。研究团队在视听觉脑-机接口范式、神经信号编码、脑电解码算法、信号采集硬件等方面取得深入研究。成果发表于PNAS, NC, Trends Cogn. Sci. 等国际权威期刊及会议。谷歌学术检索引用次数超18000次,全球前2%顶尖科学家,2014-2023连续入选爱思唯尔中国高引学者榜。
Professor Gao is a tenured professor at the School of Biomedical Engineering, Tsinghua University, where he earned his Ph.D. in 1992. His research focuses on brain-computer interfaces (BCI), a subfield of neural engineering that employs computational techniques to investigate the brain’s inner workings from various perspectives. His work in generalized BCI spans three key areas: interface, interaction, and intelligence, all of which contribute to advancing the field of neuroscience, neural engineering, medicine, and rehabilitation.
His long-term research objectives are to develop effective tools for both the theoretical and practical analysis of neural signals with machine learning. His work has wide-reaching applications in BCI, from basic neurophysiology research to clinical studies and neural engineering, ultimately aiming to deepen our understanding of brain function and its underlying mechanisms.
