User Registration Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1 Before registering, users shall carefully read this Agreement and may become registered users only after agreeing to comply with it. Once registration succeeds, an agreement relationship is automatically formed between the user and this website, and the user shall be bound by this Agreement. When using special services or products, users may use them only after agreeing to the relevant agreements.
1.2 This Agreement may be updated by this website at any time; users shall pay timely attention and agree that this site assumes no obligation to notify. Notices, announcements, statements or other similar content of this site form part of this Agreement.

2. Services

2.1 The specific content of this website is provided by this site according to actual circumstances.

3.1 Users who complete the registration process through this site's registration system and pass identity verification become full users and enjoy all rights granted to users by this site; unverified users enjoy only part of the member rights. This website reserves the right to change the design of member permissions.

4.1 Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Regulations on Computer Software Protection, and the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Copyright Dispute Cases Involving Computer Networks(Judicial Interpretation [2004]1), the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Safeguarding Internet Security, the Provisions on the Administration of Internet Electronic Bulletin Services, the Provisions on the Administration of Internet News and Information Services, the Administrative Measures for the Protection of Internet Copyright, and the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Network, as well as other laws, regulations and implementation rules concerning the computer Internet and intellectual property.
4.2 Users are fully responsible for the content they post, upload or transmit. All users must not publish, repost or transmit on any page of this site information containing any of the following; otherwise this site has the right to handle it at its discretion without notifying the user:
(1)violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2)endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3)damaging national honor and interests;
(4)inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5)undermining national religious policies, or promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6)spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(7)spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence or terror, or instigating crimes;
(8)insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9)inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions or demonstrations, or gathering crowds to disrupt social order;
(10)operating in the name of an illegal non-governmental organization;
(11)containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. 4.3 The user undertakes that all information posted or uploaded to this site(i.e., works as defined by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to text, pictures, music, films, performances, audio-visual recordings and computer programs)enjoy complete intellectual property rights, or have been legally authorized by the relevant right holders; if a user's violation of this clause causes this site to be claimed against by a third party, the user shall fully compensate this site for all expenses(including but not limited to various compensation fees, litigation attorney fees and other reasonable expenses incurred therefor)；
4.4 When a third party believes that information posted or uploaded by a user on this site infringes its rights and sends a rights notice to this site pursuant to the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Network or relevant laws, the user agrees that this site may, at its own discretion, remove the allegedly infringing information; unless the user submits written evidence to exclude the possibility of infringement, this site will not automatically restore the removed information; (1)The network service system must not be used for any illegal purpose;
(2)Comply with all network protocols, rules and procedures related to network services; (3)Users must not use this site to engage in any conduct that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
(4)Users must not use this site to engage in any conduct detrimental to this site. 4.5 If a user violates any of the above provisions when using network services, this site has the right to demand correction or directly take all necessary measures(including but not limited to deleting content posted by users, suspending or terminating the user's right to use network services)to mitigate the impact caused by user misconduct.

5. Privacy Protection

5.1 This site does not disclose or provide to third parties the registration data of individual users or the non-public content stored on this site while using network services, except in the following cases: (1)with the user's prior explicit authorization;
(2)as required by relevant laws and regulations;
(3)as required by the competent government authorities;
